MCC MULTI CREW COOPERATION


HELITOM s.r.o. provides the MCC (Multi Crew Cooperation) course, which focuses on training multi-crew cooperation in a multi-pilot operation environment. The training takes place on a modern simulator and emphasizes effective communication, task allocation, correct decision-making and adherence to CRM principles. During the course, students will master standard operating procedures (SOP), coordination between the captain and the co-pilot, and solving common and emergency situations in operation. The goal is to prepare pilots for safe and professional performance in the cockpit of airlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age at least 17 years old

  • Class 2 medical certificate 

  • PPL (H) qualification

  • Theoretical part: 25 hours

  • Practical part: 15 hours for MCC(H)/VFR and 20 hours for MCC(H)/IR in a FNPT II simulator for multi-crew training

Course progress


The MCC course consists of theoretical and practical training. In the theoretical part, candidates are introduced to the issues of cooperation in a multi-crew through lectures and presentations. Theory training includes at least 25 teaching hours. Practical flight training takes place in connection with theoretical training according to applicable legislation, in the amount of at least 15 hours for MCC(H)/VFR and 20 hours for MCC(H)/IR in the FNPT II simulator for multi-crew training. After successful completion of the course, the candidate is issued a certificate of successful completion of MCC training.
